I was born in 1969. My parents traveled extensively throughout the world, meaning I grew up in Algeria, Canada and Italy. My mother, Bruna Ferrari, is a medicine woman still practicing healing up in the uncontaminated Bolognese Apennines.
I obtained a Masters in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), graduating in Combined Social Sciences and International Relations. In over thirty years of study, work, and research, I am privileged to have honed my coaching skills with recognized mentors such as Alejandro Jodorowsky, Anthony Robbins, Brian Mayne, Deepak Chopra and Hernan Huarache Mamani.
Over the years, I have assisted hundreds of people on their journey towards change and created several training courses offered to both groups and Companies, which are now also available to individuals with online or personal sessions.
For fifteen years until May 2022, I lived in the United Kingdom employed by multinational Corporates in varied sectors such as large-scale distribution (Kimberly and Clark), pharmaceuticals (Bristol Myers Squibb), and agrochemical (Syngenta), becoming an expert in systems, processes, and people management, implementing innovative solutions to increase business performance via Client Management and Engagement.
Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture tasked me as project manager for their employee engagement program, personally orchestrating the technical assistance provided for 78 employees from Asia, North and South America, Oceania, Europe, and eight African companies, which saved costs (115 hours per month of working time), creating 568 new jobs and impacting life improvement for 35,865 people.
